1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ekpk ("ekpk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at ekpk.io ("the Website", "the Platform").

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service provided by ekpk — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, e-sports betting, and any promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

ekpk operates as an online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. All financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). These Terms are governed by the principles set out in Section 15 of this document.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ekpk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between ekpk and its registered players.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the ekpk Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ekpk operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Where there is any doubt about a player's age, ekpk will suspend the account and request official documentary proof of age before reinstating access. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ekpk is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ekpk Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and ekpk accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from such access.

2.3 Registration Process

To access the full range of ekpk services, you must register a player account via the ekpk Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the ekpk Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ekpk will close all associated accounts and withhold any balances or bonus funds held across those accounts pending investigation.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

ekpk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your identity, age, and residential address at any stage of your relationship with ekpk — including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a periodic review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ekpk will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed. Withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 require completed KYC verification as standard.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ekpk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ekpk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, and ekpk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your ekpk account, you must notify ekpk's support team immediately by contacting [email protected]. ekpk will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. If your name, address, contact details, or payment method information changes, you must update your account profile accordingly. ekpk will not be liable for failed transactions, delayed withdrawals, or missed communications that result from outdated account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ekpk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, City Bank internet banking, BRAC Bank internet banking, Islami Bank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ekpk does not currently support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amounts

• Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): minimum ৳500 per transaction.
• Internet banking transfers: minimum ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard): minimum ৳1,000 per transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with Section 2.5. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours (BST, UTC+6).
• Bank transfer withdrawals: typically processed within 1–3 business days.

ekpk does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ekpk accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier — players will be advised of applicable limits within their account dashboard. Players with enhanced KYC verification may request higher withdrawal limits by contacting support.

4.5 Transaction Currency

All account balances, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus values are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ekpk displays amounts using the ৳ symbol followed by Western Arabic numerals (e.g., ৳10,000). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. Players depositing via international card methods will have the transaction converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by their card issuer — ekpk does not control or guarantee card issuer exchange rates.

4.6 Responsible Deposit Use

Players are encouraged to use the deposit limit tools available in the account dashboard to manage their spending. ekpk reserves the right to refuse any deposit that appears inconsistent with a player's stated income or that raises concerns under responsible gaming obligations. Players should only deposit funds they can afford to lose entirely.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the ekpk sportsbook are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the bet slip carefully — including the selection, stake, odds, and potential return — before confirming any wager. ekpk will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances outlined in Section 5.4.

5.2 Odds and Markets

ekpk reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend odds and betting markets at any time prior to an event commencing. Where a market is suspended after a bet has been placed and confirmed, the bet will stand at the odds agreed at the time of confirmation unless the event is declared void in accordance with Section 5.4.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet stake: ৳50 per selection. Maximum bet stakes vary by sport, event, and market type. Maximum payout limits per event also apply and will be displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation. ekpk reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits without prior notice where betting patterns raise concerns.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; the event does not commence within 36 hours of the scheduled start time; or ekpk determines that the odds were published in error due to a technical fault. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

5.5 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. ekpk's live betting platform uses real-time data feeds; however, brief data latency may occasionally exist between the live event and the displayed odds. ekpk reserves the right to void live bets where it is determined that a wager was placed with knowledge of an outcome not yet reflected in the odds (i.e., late betting).

6. Casino & Game Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the ekpk Casino platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game engines use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of publication.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, connectivity failure, or technical error during an active game round, the round will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account. ekpk will not honour payouts arising from a clearly erroneous game result caused by a technical fault. Where a malfunction occurs during a live dealer session, the ruling of the physical table outcome takes precedence over any displayed digital result.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Individual casino games carry their own minimum and maximum table/spin limits, which are displayed within the game interface prior to play commencing. These limits vary by game studio, game type, and player account tier. Live dealer tables operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi apply the studio's standard table limits as configured for the ekpk Casino product.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by ekpk are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

7.2 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. ekpk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player at its discretion if there are reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or violation of these Terms.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must wager ৳30,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash). Only real-money stakes placed after the bonus is credited will count towards wagering requirements unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain in the account after the stated expiry date and time (BST, UTC+6) will be forfeited automatically. It is your responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.

7.5 Abuse of Bonus Offers

ekpk operates active monitoring for bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner not intended by ekpk; using third-party arbitrage tools to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, ekpk will void all associated bonuses and may suspend or permanently close the player's account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ekpk Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with game systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to move funds of illicit origin.
• Colluding with other players to exploit casino game outcomes, including collusion at live dealer poker tables.
• Using the Platform if you are employed by ekpk or any of its game providers, or if you are a close associate of a person involved in an event on which you are placing a bet.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving the service.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with ekpk's underlying systems, databases, or source code.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ekpk Platform — including but not limited to the ekpk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of ekpk or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ekpk content without prior written authorisation from ekpk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ekpk's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ekpk account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ekpk shall not be liable for: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; indirect, consequential, or special losses; or any losses arising from events outside ekpk's reasonable control including but not limited to internet service provider outages, mobile network disruptions, third-party payment provider failures, natural disasters, or government regulatory actions.

ekpk does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service dependencies may affect Platform availability. ekpk will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the Platform's communications channels.

11. Privacy & Data

ekpk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and communications related to your account and applicable promotions. ekpk applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. ekpk will never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data is retained for the period required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your ekpk account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your primary withdrawal method on file following completed KYC verification.

12.2 ekpk-Initiated Suspension or Closure

ekpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; or receipt of a regulatory or legal instruction to do so.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any bonus funds are forfeited immediately. Legitimate real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player after deduction of any amounts owed to ekpk. Where account closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms, ekpk reserves the right to withhold the full balance pending investigation outcomes.

13. Responsible Gaming

ekpk is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard after ekpk login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds across any time period to prevent unintended overspending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediately suspend your account access for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 12 months — without requiring contact with support.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block re-registration by contacting [email protected].

14. Disputes & Complaints

14.1 Raising a Complaint

If you have a complaint regarding any ekpk service, bet settlement, withdrawal, or account decision, you should contact ekpk's support team in the first instance at [email protected] with full details of your complaint, your account username, and any relevant transaction references. ekpk will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 7 business days.

14.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with ekpk's initial response to your complaint, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior review. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a member of ekpk's senior operations team within 14 business days. ekpk's decision following a senior review represents the final internal position on the matter.

14.3 Bet Settlement Disputes

All sporting event outcomes are settled using official data from recognised governing bodies and certified data providers. In the event of a settlement error, ekpk reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust account balances accordingly within 72 hours of identifying the error, regardless of whether funds have already been withdrawn.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ekpk operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform committed to fair play and player protection. All disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 14 will be subject to binding arbitration. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.

16. Amendments to These Terms

ekpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — ekpk will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered account email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as typographic corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, or additions of new game provider names) may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the ekpk Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
